Our programme delivers a range of counselling approaches including trauma-specific interventions, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

All Health Assured counsellors hold:

3 years of post-qualification experience

250 hours of counselling practice

A qualification accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy or relevant equivalent
